You’re tired in a way sleep doesn’t fix.
You’re spinning every plate: work, family, the house, everyone else’s feelings. You keep smiling while you do it. Then the door closes and you can’t string a sentence together.
Does this sound familiar?
You wake up exhausted, even after a full night’s sleep
Brain fog steals your words mid-sentence and has you rereading the same email four times
Your body aches, the headaches keep coming and your moods swing out of nowhere
You’ve got plates spinning everywhere, and you’re afraid that if one drops they all go
Your diagnosis, or your own lightbulb moment, brought relief and grief in equal measure, plus a voice saying you’re “not autistic or ADHD enough”
You feel like you’ve lost yourself, yet you’re also meeting yourself for the first time
This isn’t you failing. Your nervous system has been masking and over-functioning for decades, and now it’s meeting perimenopause.
I'm living this too so know you are not alone.
In this masterclass you'll:
Understand your neurodivergent nervous system: how it works, and why it hits overload faster than a typical one
Find your window of tolerance, and learn to spot the moment you’re about to tip out of it
See how high-functioning masking quietly drains you into burnout
Map your burnout cycle and the triggers that start it, so you can catch it sooner and recover kinder
Begin to unmask and bloom on your own timeline
This is for you if…
You’re ADHD, autistic or AuDHD, whether diagnosed late, awaiting assessment or self-identifying, and you’re in perimenopause or menopause.
It’s your first taste of The Woman Becoming Method®. There’s no prep and no pressure. Expect lots of “oh, that’s why”, and a few giggles along the way.

I’m a late diagnosed autistic woman who spent a lot of time feeling like sh!t, especially when perimenopause hit.
For years I held it all together: a full-time corporate career, and around 20 years teaching yoga, breathwork and meditation, all while quietly masking who I really was. Then my hormones changed, and everything I’d been carrying came to the surface. I didn’t need fixing. I needed to finally understand myself. That is what led to my diagnosis at 48.
My autism, the masks I’d worn since childhood and the beliefs I’d absorbed along the way were all amplified in perimenopause. That’s why I founded The Woman Becoming Method®. It’s a trauma-informed, somatic approach that works with your nervous system to gently unpack the workings of your inner roadmap, limiting beliefs and masks that so many neurodivergent women carry.
Today I coach late diagnosed and self-identified neurodivergent women who are tired of pretending. I hold an ACCPH advanced trauma-informed coaching qualification and I’m a member of EMCC UK.

"I have reaped the rewards from working with Jade for about a year . Jade has helped me understand my natural cycles , as well as identify symptoms of peri menopause , how to manage them , and continue to live a happy , sustainable and satisfying life . She has been a fountain of knowledge I have drawn on about managing myself and the things I can control . Jade’s coaching encouraged me to reconnect and recognise myself and what I need so I am now less stressed and feel I live a more paced life. I’ve learnt that it is ok to slow down and prioritise myself , especially at this stage of my life."
